PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE 

Ordering with us couldn't be easier. Simply browse the website, adding items to your basket and selecting quantities (drop down selection) that you wish to buy. Click on the 'purchase' button and these items will be added to your shopping basket, shown at the top right hand side of the page. Once ready to check out, click on the basket icon and check that you are happy with the goods and quantities you have chosen. If for any reason you are having trouble ordering online, please contact us.

At checkout you will be given the option to create an account for future use (this means a faster check out process, saves your addresses and invoice information and choose to receive our promotional emails ) alternatively, proceed to payment without registering. Follow the prompts to input your delivery and payment details.

We accept Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard and Visa credit cards as well as Paypal. Our website is certified Level 1 PCI (Payment Card Industry) DSS compliant and we hold an SSL certificate via our host Shopify, so that your transaction takes place in a secure environment when shopping with us. 

PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE : if you prefer, you may place an order by telephone. Please call us on 0795 575 6092 Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm and we will be happy to take your order or answer any queries you may have.

ONCE YOU HAVE ORDERED : you will receive an automated email confirming details of items ordered along with a reference number. ( If you do not receive a message within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your 'spam' or 'junk' mail folders or contact us to ensure that your order has been received ). 

Please check this confirmation thoroughly and contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make any changes, so that we can alter the order before it is despatched. 

Please note that the initial email is simply an acknowledgement of your order and does not confirm it or make it legally binding. The transaction between IndiCo and the customer is only accepted when payment has been processed, stock allocated and the order has been despatched. You will receive an email once the goods have been shipped.

Goods not received : please allow 5 working days after receiving your despatch confirmation email before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived and we will track the parcel for you. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any of our couriers in the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
