FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ( UK Mainland only ) on orders over £95 ( exc furniture unless within 20 miles of SN6 6DU postal code).
Free local collection : if you would like to collect your order, please contact us to arrange a convenient date and time. We can reserve the items for you and hold them for up to 24 hours. We are located in the lovely town of Cricklade, Wiltshire, between Cirencester and Swindon, close to M4 junction 15. SN6 6DU. Please note that we can only offer this service by prior arrangement.
Free local delivery on furniture : within 20 miles of SN6 6DU. For furniture delivery in other locations, please contact us to arrange.
UK Mainland standard delivery 2-5 working days :
Small package ( up to 1 kg) £1.95 light items eg jewellery or lanterns
Medium package ( 1.001-3 kg) £3.95 heavier items eg electric salt lamp
Large package ( 3.001- 5 kg) £5.95
Extra large package (5.001 - 10 kg) £8.95
UK Mainland next working day delivery £12.95 ( orders placed before 12pm midday Monday-Thursday ). Excl. weekends and bank holidays. If you require an item to be delivered urgently over a weekend please contact us directly and we will try to arrange this where possible via our courier ( a surcharge will usually apply ).
UK Non Mainland : Jersey, Guernsey, signed for service, 4-5 working days from £ 6.95 (0.01-5 kg) Over this weight a surcharge may apply, please contact us.
Republic of Ireland standard delivery, signed for service, 3-5 working days: packages up to and including 1 kg in weight £12. Over this weight a surcharge may apply, please contact us.
EU member countries : from £8.99. We may be able to offer you a great rate via our Ebay.co.uk channel indico-wendy-uk, with the Global Shipping Programme. If the product is not listed there, please contact us so that we can add it! Otherwise get in touch so that we can give you a postage quote.
International orders : we are happy to accept orders from outside of the UK and Europe. We may be able to offer you a great shipping rate via our Ebay UK channel. Please contact us initially to discuss your requirements and carriage charges. Any import taxes or duty that may applied by the Carrier according to your country of residence are to be paid by the customer and are not included in our delivery costs.
We aim to despatch goods within 2 working days though this may increase slightly during very busy times such as Christmas or sale events. Packages up to 2 kg will usually be sent by Royal Mail first or second class signed for service, or Hermes. All other orders will be delivered by Parcelforce, DPD, Hermes or another of our nominated couriers. All of our delivery services require a signature. Please ensure that you supply an address where there will be someone available to accept your parcel or arrange an alternative option such as delivery with a neighbour.
If you change your mind about your purchase : We hope that you will be delighted with your IndiCo purchase. However, should you change your mind about your order for any reason, please note that you may cancel within 7 days of placing it or return it to up to 14 days after delivery. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange provided that items are returned to us in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that this does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (ie. earrings for pierced ears).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0795 575 6092 with your order number and and we will issue you with a returns authorisation reference. Provided that goods are received in their original condition, a refund will usually be made within 7 days of us receiving them. We are unable to refund the initial order postal fees (unless the goods are being returned as faulty) and reserve the right to discount the refund if the goods are not in their original, unused condition. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged for transit to avoid damage and return via a registered postal service with sufficient insurance cover and proof of postage.
Please be advised that we cannot be held liable for any returns that do not reach us or that are damaged en route. Return postage is payable by the customer (unless item is faulty).
Faulty or damaged items : in the unlikely event that you receive your goods in a damaged condition please contact us straight away or up to a maximum of 2 days by email or by telephone and we will discuss organising returns and replacements. Please note that where necessary we may request a photograph of damaged goods before their return.
